Purpose of the Gathering
The Chautauqua Experience is a national gathering for adults 55 and older, bringing together churches, musicians, choirs, orchestras, faith leaders, gospel artists, and ministry specialists for worship, fellowship, teaching, and spiritual renewal.
Rooted in this theme, the experience invites attendees to step away from routine, encounter God through immersive worship and diverse teaching, deepen faith, strengthen relationships, and return with fresh purpose for personal and ministry growth.
What Participants Will Experience

Inspiration and Motivation: Serves as a catalyst for renewal, energizing individuals and churches.
Focus on Mission: Encourages engagement with God’s purpose and community outreach, equipping attendees to serve their communities with clarity and purpose.
Commitment to the Local Church: Complements, rather than replaces, each attendee’s commitment to their local church.
Why This Gathering Matters
Time away from everyday responsibilities helps believers recalibrate their hearts and minds, gain fresh insight from Scripture, build supportive friendships, and renew their sense of purpose.
As Psalm 42:1 expresses, “As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, O God,” the Chautauqua Experience offers a meaningful setting for spiritual refreshment and renewal.
This emphasis on worship, renewal, and community continues through Aspires Nights of Worship, a focused gathering designed to help participants worship, reflect, and connect in a Spirit-centered setting.
Aspire Nights of Worship: A Continuous Expression
Centers the community on God through worship, prayer, Scripture, and biblical preaching.
Encourages participants to grow in their relationship with God and connect more deeply with one another.
Offers uplifting music from choirs, praise bands, soloists, musicians, and guest gospel groups, with messages that invite reflection and encourage spiritual renewal.
Together, these gatherings extend the heart of the Chautauqua Experience by creating space for worship, connection, and renewed commitment.
