  • Track 3 Exploring an Authentic Life – What does this mean?

    • Understanding your authenticity means understanding your value not from what I bring to the table but from the one who brought me to the table. God has made each in his image, a gift unique to humankind throughout all of creation.

    • Means recognizing your inherent worth, importance, independent of external validation, achievements and cultivating a sense of self-compassion and acceptance and how you contribute to the world leading a fully alive life.

  • Horses will guide you to embrace your strengths, explore your vulnerabilities and engage in a fresh look and feel of your authenticity, courage, self-compassion and trust.

Whatever stage of life or career one will be challenged in personal self-love, self-worth, self-acceptance, that drive your choices, actions, and an awareness of the triggers that can block authenticity.
