Pricing includes:
1) room-4 nights/5 days,
2) 11 meals, single, 22 meals couple
3) program fee.
Schedule
Monday arrive/check in starting at 4 PM, Dinner and Worship
Friday after breakfast Departure by 10 AM, &:15 AM Breakfast, 8:30AM Large group Prayer and Worship send off
Mornings include morning devotions, sessions, bible study
Afternoons include breakout sessions of choice, one afternoon free for sightseeing of one’s choice, times of reflection, fellowship, games

Single $706.00 - $906.00
Ridgecrest Deposits –All deposits are non-refundable with exception of one night room rental. Individual reservation deposit required is one night’s room rental (room rates vary from 119.00 – 169.00 nightly at Ridgecrest) For Ridgecrest each group will book their reservations through Ridgecrest. There will be a link given to The Aspire Foundation for the groups going to Ridgecrest to make their reservations. The link will be emailed from Aspire to groups. Until that time all communication should be directed to Aspire Foundation.
Deposit Dates: (costs are subject to change from conference centers,)
First Deposit required - Early Bird Registration by December 31, 2025, $25 non-refundable program fee per person. Second deposit by March 15, 2026, 25% of personal/group -cost non-refundable deposit
Third deposit by May 15, 2026, 25% of personal/group cost- non-refundable deposit
Final deposit August 15, 2026, balance due non-refundable deposit.
Visit such places as the quaint mountain town of Black Mountain, Montreat home of Billy Graham and his retreat conference center in Asheville as well as the Biltmore estate in Asheville a city in western North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s known for a vibrant arts scene and historic architecture, including the dome-topped Basilica of Saint Lawrence.
