The Aspire International Foundation requires a liability release and waiver consent to be signed by each participant.

Reservations secured with deposit

• January 2026 Early Bird Registration, $25.00 per person non-refundable

o By check or online, Mail and make check payable to The Aspire International Foundation, 11760 US HWY 84W, Rusk, Texas

o Online - Aspiretoday.org a 3% fee will be applied

• Second Deposit March 15, 2026, 25% of person/group, non-refundable

• Third Deposit May 15, 2026, 25% of person/group, non-refundable

• Final Deposit August 15, 2026 balance due non-refundable

All deposits are non-refundable with exception of one night room cost. Individual reservation deposit required is 25% of total cost. This deposit is refundable less a $10/room processing fee if canceling 60 or more days prior to date of conference one-half refundable if canceling 30-59 days prior to arrival and non-refundable if canceling less than 30 days prior to date of conference.
