Costs/ Deposits/Schedules

Pricing involves three areas:

1. room-4 nights/5 days,

2. 11 meals, single, 22 meals couple

3. program fee.

• Monday arrive/check in starting at 4 PM.

• Friday after breakfast Departure by 10 AM

Schedule

• Monday arrive/check in starting at 4 PM, Dinner and Worship

• Friday after breakfast Departure by 10:30 AM, 8AM Breakfast, 9 AM Large group Prayer and Worship send off

Mornings include morning devotions, sessions, bible study

Afternoons include breakout sessions of choice, one afternoon free for sightseeing of one’s choice, times of reflection, fellowship, games

Glorieta Deposits - All deposits are non-refundable with exception of one night room cost. ($125.00) Individual reservation deposit required is 25% of total persons cost. This deposit is refundable less a $10/room processing fee if canceling 60 or more days prior to date of conference, one-half refundable if canceling 30-59 days prior to arrival and non-refundable if canceling less than 30 days prior to date of conference.

Deposit Dates: (costs are subject to change)

1.First Deposit required - Early Bird Registration by December 31, 2025, $25 non-refundable program fee per person. 2. Second deposit by March 15, 2026, 25% of personal/group -cost non-refundable deposit

3. Third deposit by May 15, 2026, 25% of personal/group cost- non-refundable deposit

4. Final deposit August 15, 2026, balance due non-refundable deposit

Visit Ole Santa, Fe’s historic Plaza, filled with adobe architecture, art

galleries shops and of course the famous Mexican restaurant Tomasita’s

serving southwestern favorites amid basic décors. The Miraculous Staircase

at the Loretto Chapel a breathtaking spiral staircase built with two 360

degree turns, no nails, or visible support and wooden pegs, Legend says that

Saint Joseph built it for the nuns.
